Rooted in lived experience and nearly a decade of mental health expertise, the practice focuses on practical, sustainable strategies that support long-term wellness across individual client care and frontline organizational settings. 

Rather than offering generic academic training, Pathways specializes in high-level capacity building for the professionals who need it most. By equipping frontline teams with justice-informed tools and culturally responsive strategies, Pathways ensures that reentry and support systems prioritize safety, trust, and meaningful outcomes.

Led by founder and registered psychotherapist (qualifying) Francesca Nantwi, the organization operates on three core pillars:
